Issue of FT and NFT contract on FLOW public chain. Does it need to be audited? If yes, do smart contracts need to be reviewed again after iteration after approval?

If the deployment to the main network requires review, do I need to review again if I need to upgrade and update the smart contract after I pass the first review?
