I could use some help please!

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out because I’ve been waiting for several weeks for my Flow tokens to be transferred to my Blocto wallet. Unfortunately, there haven’t been any updates, and I believe it could be a simple fix.

Here’s the situation:

  • I have two Blocto wallets.
  • One is associated with an old email address I no longer use (switched email providers a few months ago).
  • I’ve reported this issue to Flow, Dapper Labs, and Blocto.

Blocto informed me that I have two wallets, which I confirmed. I also clarified the correct wallet by sending them:

  • My Flow wallet account number.
  • Purchase confirmation from Coinbase showing the transfer to my Flow wallet.

I’d appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue and getting my tokens transferred to the correct Blocto wallet.
