I’m reaching out because I’ve been waiting for several weeks for my Flow tokens to be transferred to my Blocto wallet. Unfortunately, there haven’t been any updates, and I believe it could be a simple fix.
Here’s the situation:
- I have two Blocto wallets.
- One is associated with an old email address I no longer use (switched email providers a few months ago).
- I’ve reported this issue to Flow, Dapper Labs, and Blocto.
Blocto informed me that I have two wallets, which I confirmed. I also clarified the correct wallet by sending them:
- My Flow wallet account number.
- Purchase confirmation from Coinbase showing the transfer to my Flow wallet.
I’d appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue and getting my tokens transferred to the correct Blocto wallet.
