The Crescendo network upgrade is underway. However, the state migration for Cadence 1.0 ran into some issues.
The issues have now been resolved but the upgrade is running behind schedule by an hour.
The current completion time for the state migration is 6 PM UTC. We will request the consensus node operators to start their consensus nodes after that.
