How to apply the flow grants

I am an ETH developer and I have developed an ethereum project.I would like to know if I can apply for flow gants
If yes, then how do I apply？
if not, what do I need to do to apply？
(like cross-chain or switch to flow smart contract programming language Cadence and build it again？)

Hi Andrea, I am interested in submitting a proposal, I am not clear on what range of amounts you can fund, 10-50k? 25k? I would like to have that info, do you have a source or can you give me some guidance? thank you.
