Is there any demo for configuring the NFT sale bot for Twitter and Discord?
I have seen similar bots for various marketplaces on Flow. It will be a great help if anyone shares the details.

Are you referring to a bot that simply tweets when a sale is made? Do you have a link of a bot that you’re looking to configure? Might be worth asking around in the relevant Marketplaces’ discords (eg. Flowverse or Flovatar have some community run bots) 
At a high level: monitor on-chain events, filtered by the events that you would be tracking. You can use API-based tools like Graffle/Flowgraph or run an observer node yourself and listen to the events directly: Permissionless Node Operation | Flow.com
