Cadence Syntax Highlighting in Vim - vim-cadence

Hi All,

I was going through the flow docs and noticed there was no plugin for syntax highlighting for the cadence language in vim. So, as a vim user, I went ahead and created one.

Would love to get any and all feedback of any similar vim user here on the highlighting and please feel free to suggest or add create a PR.
