ACTION NEEDED: Upgrade to v0.28.16

Hello Flow Node Operators,

We have built new docker images for all node types (Access, Collection, Consensus, Execution, and Verification).

Please upgrade your nodes in the next few days as follows,

  1. Stop the node
  2. Upgrade the node to docker image: v0.28.16 (alternatively v0.28.16-without-netgo) (please note it is -without-netgo and not -without_netgo)
  3. Start the node.

Do not delete the data folder.
If you are running multiple nodes, please update the nodes one after the other with a few seconds of delay between the updates to ensure that there is no impact on the network performance due to the node restarts.
