Access and Execution node ACTION NEEDED: Upgrade to v0.28.15

Hello Flow Access and Execution Node Operators,

We have built new docker images for the Access and Execution nodes.

If you are running an Access or an Execution node, please upgrade the node as follows:

  1. Stop the node
  2. Upgrade the node to docker image: v0.28.15 (alternatively v0.28.15-without_netgo)
  3. Start the node.

Do not delete the data folder.
No action is needed for any other node type.
