Hello I am brand new to building with flow, I can not seem to get set up with FLOW CLI, I am getting an error when trying

Hello Matt here — Excited to be here after working with Flow team to deploy our (SEDA) programmable oracle infrastructure to Flow testnet today.
Looking to connect with developers that need day-one access to any data type and would like to build custom oracle feeds using SEDA on Flow.
