Having trouble accessing blocks from mainnet4

Hi, after the last spork, I am getting ‘connection refused’ when trying to access blocks from the height ranges 12020337 - 9992020 (mainnet 4).

I tried on every other access node and got the results with no issue, is that particular node still down?
