Please add this flag to your Flow node(s) and restart the node
--gossipsub-peer-scoring-enabled=false
This is to address the current ongoing issue with collection finalization (see: Flow Status - Cluster Finalization Degradation)
This flag applies to ALL node types.
Do not delete the data folder.
If you are running multiple nodes, then please restart the nodes one at a time, pausing for 20 to 30 seconds in between.
