Collection and Verification node ACTION NEEDED: Upgrade to v0.28.13

Hello Flow Collection and Verification Node Operators,

We have built new docker images for the Collection and Verification node.

If you are running a Collection or a Verification node, please upgrade the node as follows:

  1. Stop the node
  2. Upgrade the node to docker image: v0.28.13 (alternatively v0.28.13-without_netgo)
  3. Start the node.

If you are running multiple Collection or Verification nodes, please update the nodes one after the other with a few seconds of delay between the updates to ensure that there is no impact on the network performance due to the node restarts.

Do not delete the data folder.
No action is needed for any other node type.
