Are there any plan to have stable tokens on flow blockchain similar to DAI, USDC, etc?

I believe, currently there is just a discussions and not active work.
It’s quite possible some 3rd party will bring new Flow version of DAI, but I haven’t heard that anyone is working on one now

Definitely! Stablecoins are critical to a thriving defi ecosystem but more urgently we think tokens which don’t fluctuated wildy in value are incredibly important for supporting good user experiences. We’re currently discussing options with a couple different partners and will keep y’all posted when there’s a firm plan of action

https://docs.tokenbridge.net/ should allow cross chain token bridging as long as both side has a capability of multisig.
