The Testnet Height Coordinated Upgrade is now complete.

Please update your Access node to docker tag: v0.44.0-rc.4

Alternate images: v0.44.0-rc.4-without-netgo-without-adx, v0.44.0-rc.4-without-adx, v0.44.0-rc.4-arm

And update your EVM Gateway to: v1.4.0
