# Unbound locked flow in coinlist

I want to unbound (or unstake) my locked flow tokens in coinlist. I have sent a mail to technical support but they take time to answer. Can I do it directly by interacting with the contract? how do i do it?

Coinlist has a special way of managing users tokens and we don’t know what their policy will be for unlocking and unstaking. You’ll need to talk to them
