# New to FLOW ... but having some issues

I am unable to create an account on Flow Port using Ledger. I have followed all instructions, installing app on my ledger device, connecting and opening app, disabling USB backend flag on Chrome, unblocking pop-ups and clearing caches … repeatedly. (see screen shot) I am on a macbook pro and have tried several times on chrome and safari.

This is very frustrating.  
Any help is appreciated.

Ledger released an update recently that was causing issues for all Ledger users, so I wouldn’t be surprised if this was part of that. @JeffreyDoyle might know more
