# New CLI and emulator release with Secure Cadence

Hi Builders, in preparation for upcoming network upgrade (testnet on 8th June - this is Wed next week!) we are releasing new CLI version [v0.35.0](https://github.com/onflow/flow-cli/releases/tag/v0.35.0), as well as new emulator version [v0.32.0](https://github.com/onflow/flow-emulator/releases/tag/v0.32.0), which include upgrade to secure cadence and contains [number of breaking changes](http://forum.flow.com/t/breaking-changes-coming-with-secure-cadence-release/3052). Please make sure you upgrade your CLI and test your updated contracts in preparation for the network upgrade.
