# Is there are service account analog to for the localnet setup, that would work for account creation etc.?

Yes, you need to install the Flow emulator: [https://github.com/onflow/flow/blob/master/docs/emulator.md](https://github.com/onflow/flow/blob/master/docs/emulator.md)

The emulator will install a service account that you can use.
