# How to derive keys from a mnemonic?

[Lilico](https://lilico.app/) has an option to import accounts with a mnemonic.  
I’m also trying the same thing but no hope for now.

In Flow’s [documentation](https://developers.flow.com/tools/flow-cli/configuration#advanced-format-1) there’s a note about the topic but the “FLIP” link doesn’t work.

I was wondering that how can I use a mnemonic to derive the keys or just to be able to make transactions with that account?
