Hi, I can help you. First you can check the [https://docs.onflow.org/](https://docs.onflow.org/) so you can learn about basics. If you’ve already done so you can create an account on testnet using a faucet [https://testnet-faucet.onflow.org/](https://testnet-faucet.onflow.org/) and the keys for the account can be generate using flow CLI [GitHub - onflow/flow-cli: The Flow CLI is a command-line interface that provides useful utilities for building Flow applications](https://github.com/onflow/flow-cli) with command `flow keys generate`.
