# Flow access cannot sync data

my flow access node cannot sync data,Please help to see the cause of the problem

Hi! Can you go through the [Node boostrapping process](https://docs.onflow.org/node-operation/node-bootstrap) again, especially [cleaning up the node state](https://docs.onflow.org/node-operation/node-bootstrap/#step-0---cleaning-up-your-previous-state) and see if that fixes your issue?
