# Error: Response closed without headers

Hi,

I have been following the flow quick start tutorial , however whenever I try and execute a transaction against the testnet then I get the error: `Error: Response closed without headers`. Running the same transaction locally in the emulator seems to work just fine. For more context here is my environment:

Node: 12.20.0  
@onflow/fcl : 0.0.70  
flow CLI: 0.20.2

I have also tried using both testnet URLs : [access.devnet.nodes.onflow.org](http://access.devnet.nodes.onflow.org) and  
[access-testnet.onflow.org](http://access-testnet.onflow.org) (with https) and neither of these work. Is the testnet currently down?
