# Collection and Consensus Node ACTION REQUIRED: Upgrade to v0.24.5

Hello Flow **Collection** and **Consensus** Node Operators,

We discovered a memory leak in the Collection and Consensus node software and have fixed it. If you are running a **collection** node, or a **consensus** node please upgrade the node to docker image: **v0.24.5** (alternatively v0.24.5-without\_netgo).

If you are running more than one collection or consensus node please restart the nodes one after the other waiting at least two minutes before restarting the next node.

Please **do not** restart all nodes at once as this will cause the consensus to stop completely. We would suggest you to upgrade one node at a time, with two minutes (or more) gap between two nodes.

_No action is needed for any other node type._
