# Can get CLI working on Linux or Windows

I can not get the CLI setup correctly on Windows or Linux please help, I get flow : panic: ERROR: BINSTAT: INTERNAL: t1=12860702626100 but t2=12860702626100  
on my windows device, and on Linux after installing what I am suppose to nothing comes up when I put flow version
