The Height Co-ordinated Upgrade is now complete.

If you are running an Access, Verification or Execution node then please upgrade the node to docker tag `v0.40.0-rc.1` as per the instructions here: [Flow mainnet height coordinated upgrade on Thursday, April 10th at 15:00 UTC](https://forum.flow.com/t/flow-mainnet-height-coordinated-upgrade-on-thursday-april-10th-at-15-00-utc/7513).
