The Height Co-ordinated Upgrade is now complete. **Access, Verification and Execution:** If you are running an Access, Verification or Execution node then please upgrade the node to docker tag **`v0.45.0-rc.3`** as per the instructions here: [Flow mainnet height coordinated upgrade tomorrow (Thursday, Jan 29th) at 15:30 UTC](https://forum.flow.com/t/flow-mainnet-height-coordinated-upgrade-tomorrow-thursday-jan-29th-at-15-30-utc/8480) Alternate images: `v0.45.0-rc.3-without-adx` or `v0.45.0-rc.3-without-netgo-without-adx` or `v0.45.0-rc.3-arm` _No changes to the flags._ _Do NOT delete your data folder._ _Public git tag will be available soon._ Thank you, Flow Team ---
